 General Provisions
Acceptance

You are considered to have accepted these Terms of Sale either through your explicit acceptance or by your continued engagement in business with Us.

Definitions

• 'Next Day Service' refers to our next working day delivery service for in-stock replenishment Goods. To qualify, orders must be placed before 4pm the previous day, and this service is dependent on stock availability and covers specific available days and postcodes within Greater London.

• 'Packages Service' is Our comprehensive furnishing service, which includes selected Goods comprising our style packages, delivered, assembled, and installed.

Customer Obligations & Company Rights
Customer Obligations

Your contract for Orders of Goods and/or Services is with MOBILIA DORIC INTERIORS LTD, or any of its affiliate entities, and You warrant the following:

• The Personal Data You provide when registering as a Customer is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.

• You will promptly notify Us of any changes to Your Personal Data by updating these details on Your account.

• By placing an Order, the individual doing so confirms that they are authorised to act by or on behalf of the Customer.

• Important Note on Intended Use: The sources state, "All Goods Ordered by You are for Your own private and domestic use and are not for commercial or resale purposes". However, another section of the sources (regarding late payments) explicitly mentions interest rates "as permitted for business-to-business transactions". This presents a potential contradiction within the provided sources regarding the intended use of the goods. Please be aware of this distinction.

• You are over the age of eighteen. If You are under eighteen, you are not eligible to place an Order and may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

• The credit or debit card You are using is Your own, and there are sufficient funds in Your account to cover payment for the Goods or Services ordered, along with any other fees or charges (including but not limited to postage and/or return delivery costs).

• You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name You are not permitted to use. Using a false name or a known invalid credit card to place an Order is a crime, and any person or legal entity engaging in such illegal activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent by law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every Order placed on Our Site to enable Us, and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities, to trace individual users engaged in criminal activities.

Our Rights to Terminate Orders or Suspend Access

We reserve the right to terminate any Order and to suspend or terminate Your access to the Site immediately and without notice to You if:

• You fail to make payment to Us when due.

• You otherwise breach any of Our Terms of Sale in any material respect.

• When requested by Us, You fail to provide sufficient information within a reasonable timeframe to enable Us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by You, or Your identity.

• We suspect You have engaged, or are about to engage, or are involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Us, Our officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of or in connection with any breach of the Site by You or any other liabilities arising out of Your use of this Site.

Orders & Payments

• Free of charge Next Day service is available to specific postcodes on certain days within Greater London.

• Outside of these zones, Our Services may be available by enquiry, which may incur longer lead times and delivery charges.

• The delivery period provided for Your Order is approximate. Time for delivery shall not be considered essential to the contract, and while every reasonable effort will be made to meet such dates, compliance is not guaranteed. The Customer shall have no right to damages or to cancel the Order for any cause related to failing to meet any stated delivery date(s).

• Goods will be sent to the address You provided in Your Order. We will always endeavour to notify You if certain Goods are out of stock and offer available and suitable alternatives.

Stock Availability & Pricing

• All Goods are subject to availability. We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that all Goods quoted are available to be delivered on the expected date of delivery.

• We reserve the right to discontinue any listed or quoted Goods without notice, either temporarily or permanently. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any listed or quoted Goods.

Where Goods and/or Services are unavailable within the agreed delivery deadline, an equivalent substitute will be offered. At the Customer’s election, We will deliver the original ordered Goods separately if and when such Goods are next available in stock. If neither option is acceptable to the Customer, We will refund the full value of the Goods. Further information on cancellations and refunds can be found in the Contract Cancellation and Consumer Contract Regulations and Remedies for Incorrect Orders sections of these Terms of Sale.

• We make every effort to ensure all prices on Our brochures are accurate. We aim for all brochure prices to be correct at the time of printing, but these prices are liable to change. We will correct any errors once we become aware of them. If any such error has affected a Customer's Order, We will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable. The price on our brochure and catalogue may differ. We reserve the right to adjust listed prices without notice.

Quotations

• Quotations are valid for ten (10) calendar days and are exclusive of VAT. Prices will be honored during this period where Goods and/or Services remain available.

• Beyond this period, the prices (excluding VAT) and Goods and Services available are liable to change.

• Where applicable, a signed quotation must be received before an Order is raised.

Placing an Order

• When placing an Order, You warrant that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

• All Orders are subject to Our acceptance and Goods availability.

• All prices listed on Our brochure and catalogue are correct at the time of entering the information; however, We reserve the right to change prices of any Goods at any time.

• The contract for the sale of any Goods and/or Services will exist between You and Us when We confirm acceptance of Your Order in writing and dispatch the Goods to You. This is unless We have notified You that We do not accept Your Order or You have cancelled it in accordance with the contract cancellation instructions as set out in these Terms of Sale.

Placing an OrderPayment Terms & Invoicing

• All Goods remain Our property until payment in full has been received, including payment of any charges associated with the Order.

• Where payment is not received in accordance with the Terms of Sale, the Company will be entitled to pursue any legal rights to recover the sums due. The costs of any such legal action, including any pre-litigious activity and any enforcement, will be added to the debt. Where the Goods are recovered, all costs of recovery will be added to the outstanding debt.

• The Company reserves its right to assign the rights and obligations arising, including debt obligations, under any contract pursuant to these Terms of Sale.

Interest on Late Payments

If payment for any goods or services provided by Doric London is not made by the due date, statutory interest will be charged on the overdue amount. The interest rate applied will be 8% plus the Bank of England base rate, as permitted for business-to-business transactions. This interest will accrue from the date payment was due until the date payment is made in full.

Cancellation

Please email Your cancellation request marked 'URGENT CANCELLATION' to Our sales team, including Your name, address, Goods Ordered, and Order code on the email. Cancellation of Orders after confirmation is subject to agreement at Our discretion.

After-Sales & Warranty
Warranty and Repairs

• All Goods supplied under these Terms of Sale are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, subject to normal wear and tear and proper use in accordance with any provided instructions or guidelines.
• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alterations, or improper installation by anyone other than Us or Our authorized agents.
• If You believe any Goods are damaged or defective within the warranty period, You may contact Us at info@doriclondon.com or through Our customer service channels, providing details of the issue along with Your payment receipt or proof of purchase (such as the Invoice or Order confirmation). We will arrange for inspection and, if eligible under the warranty, repair or replacement at Our discretion and at no additional cost to You.
• Prior to any repair, We will conduct an assessment to determine the cause of the damage. This may include examination by Our technicians or third-party experts.
• If the damage is determined to be caused by intentional human actions or misuse, such as disassembly during use, unauthorized modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, or other deliberate acts, the warranty will not apply. In such cases, We reserve the right to charge You for the corresponding repair fees, including parts, labor, and any associated shipping or handling costs. You will be notified of the estimated fees in advance and must approve them before any repair work proceeds.
• Repairs outside the warranty period or for non-warrantable damage may still be available at Your request, subject to availability of parts and Our discretion, and will be charged at Our prevailing rates.
• Any repaired or replaced Goods will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
• This warranty does not affect Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns and Refunds

• Returns of Goods are accepted only in accordance with Our returns policy, which is available upon request or on Our website. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, and with all tags and accessories intact.

• For Packages Service, where Goods are delivered, assembled, and installed, returns may be subject to disassembly and collection fees, which will be deducted from any refund.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of Us receiving and inspecting the returned Goods, provided they meet the returns criteria. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if Goods are damaged due to Your handling or if the return is not in compliance with these Terms of Sale.

• Non-returnable items include bespoke or customized Goods, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Legal Terms
Liability Limitations

• Our total liability to You for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the price paid for the relevant Goods or Services.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms of Sale and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

Severability

• If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

• These Terms of Sale, together with any documents expressly referred to in them (such as Invoices, Orders, or quotations), constitute the entire agreement between You and Us and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written.
